Attorney Services
I am fully qualified as a paralegal/legal assistant under the Business and Professions Code § 6450 as I have my paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program. I am experienced with local rules and procedures, proper preparation and filing for state and federal court filings, e-filing (ECF/Pacer), trial preparation, calendaring deadlines, service requirements, and recording documents with the county recorder.
Currently, I am only taking on Bankruptcy Attorney services though I have experience working as a paralegal in law offices specializing in other areas of law such as estate planning, probate, family law, construction defect, employment law, complex business law, and catastrophic personal injury.
Notary
Notary services available during normal business hours. Additional early mornings and after hours can be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Mobile notary services are available. Please call to make an appointment.
